These terms cover your use of this website and the appointments you book through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site tells you about the practice and lets you contact us or book an appointment. Booking goes through Jane, our scheduling system, which is run by a separate company and has its own terms and privacy policy.
This is not medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment plan, and reading it does not make you a patient of the practice. Care begins when you are seen in person and we have examined you. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room rather than waiting for a reply from us.
Appointments
An appointment you request or book is subject to availability and to us confirming it. Please let us know as early as you can if you need to change or cancel, so the time can go to somebody else.
What we ask of you
Please give us accurate information, and use the site and the booking system only for their intended purpose. Do not try to interfere with how the site works or with anybody else’s use of it.
Sending us information
Our contact form is for getting in touch and asking questions. Please do not send detailed health history through it. Anything you do send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The content on this site
The words, images and design here belong to the practice or to the people we licensed them from, and may not be reused without asking.
Where the site stands behind itself
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never offline. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law, including anything to do with your care as a patient.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of South Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the update.
